O Empreendedorismo como campo científico:
pluralidade teórica, fronteiras disciplinares e desafios de integração epistemológica

Este estudo analisa a constituição do empreendedorismo como campo científico, discutindo os desafios decorrentes de sua pluralidade teórica e de suas fronteiras disciplinares. Por meio de uma discussão teórica, são examinadas as matrizes econômica, comportamental e contemporânea, identificando seus principais fundamentos, divergências e possibilidades de aproximação. A análise evidencia que a diversidade conceitual não representa apenas uma fragmentação do campo, mas decorre também da natureza multidimensional do fenômeno empreendedor. Argumenta-se que a integração epistemológica não pressupõe homogeneização teórica, mas o diálogo entre diferentes tradições e níveis de análise. Como contribuição, propõe-se uma perspectiva integrativa fundamentada na relação dinâmica entre sujeito, ação e contexto, articulada por dimensões como incerteza, oportunidade, recursos, inovação e aprendizagem. Nesse âmbito, a empreendedologia é apresentada, em caráter exploratório, como uma agenda de integração epistemológica destinada à sistematização, ao aprofundamento e à articulação do conhecimento sobre empreendedorismo. O avanço científico do campo é compreendido, portanto, menos pela construção de uma definição única e mais pela capacidade de reconhecer, aprofundar e articular sua pluralidade teórica.
